These Terms of Service govern your use of the PopsterRoyal Rewards programme and the website at popster-royal.com, operated by PopsterRoyal Ltd. ("PopsterRoyal", "we", "us"). By enrolling in the programme or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
PopsterRoyal Rewards is a card-linked loyalty programme that allows members to earn points automatically when they pay using a linked Visa or Mastercard payment card at participating café partners. Points may be redeemed for rewards as described in the Rewards Programme details published on this website.
Membership is free and available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Canada.
To participate, you must create an account and enrol at least one eligible payment card. By enrolling your card, you authorise PopsterRoyal and its certified payment network partners to identify qualifying purchase transactions at participating cafés made with your enrolled card.

You may enrol up to 3 payment cards per account. Prepaid and gift cards are not eligible.
Points are awarded at the rate published in the current Rewards Programme tier structure. Points are calculated based on the net purchase amount (excluding taxes and gratuity) at participating cafés. Points are typically credited within 2–5 minutes of a qualifying transaction; in exceptional circumstances this may take up to 24 hours.

Points may be redeemed for rewards as specified by your participating café. Rewards are subject to availability and participating café partner terms. PopsterRoyal is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or availability of rewards provided by café partners.
Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Bronze and Silver member points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity (no qualifying purchases). Gold member points expire after 18 consecutive months of inactivity. We will send at least one reminder notification before any points expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
PopsterRoyal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Programme at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with a minimum of 30 days' notice where possible. We may terminate your account immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PopsterRoyal Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PopsterRoyal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the programme or website, including but not limited to loss of points due to technical errors, café partner closures, or network failures.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed CAD $100 or the value of points in your account at the time of the claim, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
